pope resigns tab. >>> dozens of tires have been slashed in the city of concord and the senseless act of vandalism is costing many residents hundreds of dollars. brian flores is talking to some people and has more. >> reporter: we're live here at the 1400 of bel air drive at a condo complex. at least ten cars in this complex alone had their tires slashed. an additional 50 in the concord area. residents -- residents are trying to find other ways to get around and are paying for it. some concord residents are left with frustration. >> we're looking at $800 replacing all of the four tires because it's all the four tires that were damaged. >> reporter: she has not the only one -- she was not the only one. police say the first calls came in before 7:00 a.m. on sunday targeting glazer drive, mochado drive and bel air drive. at least nine cars were hit at one condo complex. >> it's a non-gated entry. i think that would help, or maybe just someone patrolling. we don't really know what the situation is going to be. >> kind of disheartening. to see our customers coming in having to deal with th
